The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of payment systems, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Work You'll DoDesign, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of claims payment systemsPerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on payment-related softwareCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure they are accurately testedIdentify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issuesValidate compliance with industry standards and regulations for claims processingContinuously improve QA processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverablesOther duties as assigned Requirements* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field * 6+ years proven experience as a Manager, Quality Assurance & Testing with expertise in claims payment processes* Proficiency in QA tools (e.g, Selenium, JIRA, Xray) and automation frameworks* Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing* Familiarity with claims management systems and payment processing workflows * Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorshipPreferred Requirements* Based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as neededCompensation & BenefitsFlexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidaysOwn Your Day flexible work policyCompetitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K MatchEmployee Stock Ownership PlanGenerous paid parental leave optionsEmployer paid Life Insurance, STD, LTDCharitable contribution matching programNew client commission opportunities and referral bonus programBike share discount programThe estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, majority employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
