passions.About the RoleWe are seeking an innovative and dynamic
General Manager for our Grown Brilliance boutique in the West
Village, powered by the Leap Platform. As a local market expert,
the GM will build strong partnerships with neighboring businesses,
foster relationships through community events, and utilize
networking skills to drive client engagement and boutique
success.The General Manager is responsible for inspiring a team to
deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring every interaction
reflects the brand's luxury ethos. From developing action plans
that enhance sales and clienteling to recruiting and mentoring top
talent, the GM plays a pivotal role in the store's success.
Additionally, they will oversee operational excellence, including
maintaining pristine store standards, visual merchandising, and
inventory management.This role also requires executing impactful
in-store activations, leveraging technologies like Shopify, Endear,
and Slack to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to
excellence are essential to thrive in this fast-paced,
results-driven environment.Position Qualification:
- Fine Jewelry Expertise: In-depth understanding of fine jewelry,
with knowledge of gemstones and craftsmanship; diamond
certification preferred.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to inspire and manage
high-performing teams, fostering a positive and results-oriented
environment.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills with
a passion for building relationships, cultivating repeat clientele,
and delivering unforgettable client experiences.

- Flexibility and Agility: Available to work a full-time
schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet
dynamic business needs.Annual Base Salary:Starting pay is 70k.
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's
