Mesmerize, the leader in out of home advertising, is seeking a
focused, structured, and motivated Customer Service Representative
to communicate and gain approval to post educational materials at
various location types. The ideal candidate will thrive in a
fast-paced, concurrent deadline environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Consistently exceed calling KPIs
* Able to prioritize tasks independently
* Ensure follow-up calls are made at time set
* Deliver prepared call scripts to persuade partners to accept
initiative
* Identify and overcome objections
* Communicate all campaign details to our partners
* Update customer information on our CRM
* Research location information using available resources
* Identify and escalate issues
Skills and Requirements
* Min. 4-6 years experience in a call center or customer service
environment
* Reliable internet at home
* Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis on expert
level Excel skills), Sales Force experience preferred
* Good team player with desire to work collaboratively with
operations and management
* Self-motivated, energetic and creative
* Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing
* Positive adaption to changes
* Excellent attention to detail
