Day-to-day:



As a Solution Architect for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) our will play a pivotal role in client's strategic growth initiatives by leading the technical assessment, planning, and integration of acquired clinics into Client's robust technology ecosystem.
You will Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes, technology infrastructure, applications, and workflows.
Additionally, you will collaborate with clinic management and internal teams to understand existing business operations and integration requirements to then develop detailed integration plans, clearly articulating how acquired clinics' technology and workflows will align with Client's existing ecosystem.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with demonstrable experience in M&A integration projects.
Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs, practice management systems), and healthcare compliance requirements.
Proven ability to translate complex technical assessments into clear, actionable integration plans.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and meet defined deadlines.
