• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering.
• Operational knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization.
• Advanced knowledge of network and routing protocols.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint environments.
• Operational knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in switch configuration and programming.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware on networking equipment and microcomputers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills & Experience
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Azure, M365, CISSP, or CCNP.
• Familiarity with system alerting and monitoring tools.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience resolving complex technical issues in a team environment.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders.What You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown:
• 60% Cisco Meraki hardware, network switches, and wireless access points.
• 40% Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint environments.Daily Responsibilities:
• 70% Hands-On technical work.
• 20% Management duties, including security and compliance protocols.
