Job Description:
The Customer Service Rep will answer customer inquiries, enter
and successfully process orders (50-100 daily) via the AS400. As
well as Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to
successful resolution. the CSR will also maintain relationships
with both internal and external customers with exceptional
service.
This role is on-site in Dallas/Farmers Branch area.

Responsibilities:
* Directly responsible for working with customers and sales
personnel to understand order requirements and execute order
processing via the Cool Pak order system; JD Edwards ERP business
management software.
* This person would be the front line for web and phone leads and
will function as a liaison between customers and the sales team as
well as a liaison between the sales team and internal
departments.
* Review open orders daily and provide continual follow up with
internal and external customers
* Attend daily production meetings and follow up on action
items
* Provide customer service via phone & email
* Monitor front lobby for incoming guests
* Create and maintain excellent relationships with clients
* Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and
objectives
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service
experience preferred
* Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced
environment
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy of
data entry
* Excellent professional communication in both oral and written
aspects of work
* Ability to prioritize work assignments
* Strong organizational skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word,
Excel, PowerPoint.
* Bi-lingual English and Spanish
