Job SummaryWe seek a Sr. Architect with 18 to 22 years of experience specializing in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and governance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to drive technology solutions that align with business objectives. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained across all Salesforce implementations.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity.
• Develop and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce development.
• Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce-related projects.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the best solutions.Qualifications
  • Must have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
  • Must have experience with Omnistudio and FSC.
  • Experience leading technical teams and projects.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proficient in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • It is nice to have experience in data quality and data governance domains.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have a customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Certifications RequiredSalesforce Certified Technical Architect. Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) is a plus.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
