About The Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Management Sr. Manager, you will guide a team that provides ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a unique or high-profile portfolio of properties for our corporate clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement real estate plans with an understanding of strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to clients' priorities, commitments, and achievements.
  • Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent and communicate the business terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate the sales through a field broker. This includes communicating leases and lease amendments, following lease expirations, and securing lease renewals in time.
  • Locate and acquire new properties to meet the client's requirements and timeline.
  • Review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates. This includes book and cash flow projections, NPV or IRR financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the company or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance and Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
  • Prepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and collect all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.
  • Follow a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion; prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own subject area, and how own field integrates to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Lead all aspects of the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Coordinate the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department timelines. Mentor and coach as needed.

    What You'll Need:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate salesperson license required.
    • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
    • Ability to exchange complicated and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
    • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple subject areas, and department.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Extensive organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality.
    • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
