Job Summary: The SAP Security Project Manager for Digital Transformation will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing security projects for SAP and other cloud applications (e.g., MS Dynamics, Siemens MES, PLM, CMS). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and implementing security best practices to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Lead and manage security projects for SAP and other cloud applications (e.g., MS Dynamics, Siemens MES, PLM, CMS) from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work with stakeholders to gather the security implementation plan, assign tasks, track progress, and report status.
Access Controls: Coordinate the design and enforcement of access control policies, procedures, and practices to safeguard data and applications within a digital transformation context.
Enterprise Role Management: Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise role management within SAP and other cloud applications, ensuring proper segregation of duties and access controls.
Secure SDLC: Integrate security best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for SAP and other cloud application projects, ensuring security is considered at every stage of development.
Vulnerability Management: Manage vulnerability assessments, remediation efforts, and continuous monitoring to ensure SAP and other cloud applications remain secure.
Compliance: Ensure security measures comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001, particularly in the realm of digital transformation.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to coordinate security efforts and ensure alignment with digital transformation objectives.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, project management, or a related role, with a focus on digital transformation projects involving SAP and other cloud applications.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, SAP Security certifications, or other relevant certifications for cloud applications are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and other cloud applications (e.g., MS Dynamics, Siemens MES, PLM, CMS), security tools, and methodologies.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Digital Transformation Expertise: Understanding of digital transformation trends, technologies, and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
