We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to
manage the HR systems our employees rely on. The LMS/HR Systems
Administrator is responsible for the effective implementation,
administration, and maintenance of the company's learning
management system, the performance review system, and the employee
engagement platform. This includes overseeing the technical aspects
of the systems, as well as working closely with internal
stakeholders to ensure the platform(s) meets their needs. In this
role, you will ensure seamless system functionality, maintain
accurate records, support users, and collaborate with HR and IT
teams to enhance the employee experience. If you have a passion for

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's Learning Management
System (LMS) and performance review system (Lattice), including
user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Upload, configure, and maintain e-learning content, courses,
and resources within the LMS.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including
troubleshooting system issues, responding to inquiries, and
managing access or login issues.
- Create and manage course structures, learning paths, quizzes,
assessments, and certifications in the LMS.
- Schedule and manage instructor-led training sessions (in-person
or virtual) within the LMS and Lattice.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accurate
deployment of new courses and content.
- Generate and distribute reports on learner progress, course
completion, and training effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Handle LMS and performance review system upgrades,
integrations, and updates in coordination with IT and vendors.
- Customize and configure the LMS and performance review system
(Lattice) to meet specific organizational needs, including
branding, user interface settings, and reporting
functionalities.
- Manage the Lattice platform for annual and mid-year performance
reviews. This will include communications and following up with
leaders and employees.
- Integrate the LMS and performance review system with other HR
and learning systems (e.g., HRIS, third-party content providers) as
needed.
- Work with the HR team to recommend and implement improvements
in strategies, technologies, and user engagement using the
available systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT to resolve complex
technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Communicate clearly and confidently and demonstrate
professional candor when discussing business issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills; able
to solve problems that don't have clear solutions/outcomes.
- Highly organized, professional, and a team player; acute
attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and
projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources,
Education, or a related field.
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS is strongly preferred
- Experience with industry standards such as SCORM for
eLearning.
- Experience with Lattice platform is a plus
- Experience with system integrations, user support, and
configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
and security.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and
support users at all levels.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Preferred experience in Colocation, Data Center, or Information
Technology industry
