Location: Dallas, TX - Team: Capital Electric Motor

Hyperion Solutions, a leader in vertical transportation tech, is looking for an experienced AC Winder to join our Dallas team. You'll support Capital Electric Motor, performing rewinds on electric motors, generators, and armatures. This role includes training to learn the onsite rewind process.

Key Responsibilities:

Rewinding: Disassemble motors, remove old windings, clean, inspect, and wind new coils to specifications.

Quality Assurance: Test motors, document defects, and ensure functionality.

Collaboration: Work with team to improve processes and tooling.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

5+ years of motor shop experience.

Vocational/trade certification or apprenticeship preferred.

Elevator/motor shop experience is a plus.

English speaking is required.
