Director of Children's Ministry: As part of the larger PCPC Family Ministries, lead the Children's Ministry in equipping the saints to proclaim Christ, His Gospel and His Kingdom to the next generation. Set vision, determine direction, and provide shepherding care over all Children's Ministry activity, curriculum, and resources for ages birth - 5th grade.

• Direct a healthy, Gospel-centered ministry to Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary age children that will nurture their spiritual growth and equip them to be life-long followers of Jesus Christ.
• Lead and develop the Children's Ministry staff.
• Partner with parents to encourage and equip them in their primary role of discipling their children.
• Shepherd, train, and equip volunteer leaders to serve in the Children's Ministry.Fully integrate with Family Ministries and partner with all the ministries of PCPC to strengthen families in building Christ-centered, Gospel-saturated homes.This is a regular full-time (40 hours a week) exempt position (not eligible for overtime). Three to five years of experience working in a Children's Ministry or equivalent. Must be ministry driven and possess experience in relationship and team building, conflict resolution, and planning. Must possess excellent communication skills and exhibit innovative thinking. Experience with Ministry Platform Database is advantageous but not required.
