About The Role:
As a CBRE Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for
overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical
programs. You will be the critical bridge between engineering,
data, analytics, UX/Design, and product teams to ensure technical
requirements are met and the intended business value of the program
is achieved.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and run delivery of technical programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Own the daily and weekly objectives of a software product development and analytics team. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and help the team drive work. Set and track staff and department deadlines.
- Identify and create mitigation plans to address technical risks.
- Run internal and external relationships in support of programs.
- Create, distribute, and present progress reports on milestones reached, financial performance of the program, and ROI delivered.
- Manage the overall finances of the program and track / report on value achieved.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain effective working relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge to build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and mentorship within the team.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Communicate technical or sensitive information clearly and
independently to a senior-level audience.
What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering field preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- PgMP or PMP certifications and experience working within an Agile delivery methodology preferred.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development, data engineering, analytics, QA, or a related function.
- Validated experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- Experience delivering programs in areas of advanced analytics and AI a plus.
- Experience working within a product collaboration tool such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and project management tooling such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM a plus.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
