execution of Company people strategies for the relevant
organizational perimeter at local level, in line with Group
business needs and site specificities. Be the first point of
contact at local level for employees, consulting CoEs, and Group HR
when needed. Monitor KPIs and define corrective actions if needed.
Understand and drive impact for business at local level. Maintain
and improve relationships with external parties. Accountabilities
and Responsibilities Ensure that the people strategy is executed at
plants and sites level, matching Group business needs with local
peculiarities (laws and union agreements, site specificities,
cultural approach...), supported by Local CoEs. Ensure a two-ways
communication between Business and Local HR, collecting and
reporting needs from the Group to challenge CoEs HR processes and
deploying them coherently inside their organizational perimeter.
Act as the primary point of contact for business managers and
employees, consulting CoEs on HR-related issues (e.g., onboarding,
evaluation committees, salary reviews, etc.). Guide the Business to
adopt the organizational structure defined centrally, overseeing
internal employees' relations. Ensure processes are in line with HR
global standards and local/national labor laws. Provide guidance
and support to business managers on perf. mgmt. and review.
Cooperate with Strategic Planning and C&R CoEs to execute
strategy at local level. Assisting managers with recruitment and
selection processes, including job postings, interviewing
candidates, and making hiring recommendations Provide training and
development opportunities for employees and working with managers
to identify and address skill gaps to satisfy local business needs.
Provide guidance for talent rotation at local level. Maintains ext.
perspective and anticipates people trends to embed into HR
strategy. Maintain positive labor relations by cultivating the
site's union relationship. Monitor HR KPIs and define corrective
actions for businesses at a local level. Education/Experience
Requirements Bachelors Degree in HR or Business, Masters Degree
Preferred SPHR Certification or SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Certification
Preferred 12 years HR experience, with exposure to best practices
in HR Experience as HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner,
preferably in a global technology company. Experience in managing a
team and working alongside multiple departments. Significant
experience in the implementation of HR processes as a
Generalist/Specialist Experience in working with key business
leaders and stakeholders; (incl. managing relationships effectively
and ensuring stakeholder buy in for initiatives and processes)
Experience working in Global Organization required. Knowledge &
Skills Requirements Understanding of core HR processes and
awareness of industry trends and best practices Strong business and
HR acumen (incl. problem solving skills and critical thinking)
Strong interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the
organization. Self-reliant, resourceful, and able to work
independently. Knowledge of local labor laws Must be willing to
travel domestically up to 35% and internationally (as necessary on

People Services. At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of
our total compensation package and is determined within a range
depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
The base annual salary range for this role is between $150,000 to
$165,000 USD. We encourage candidates who may not meet every single
