About the Role:
As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Vice President, you will
support the development and execution of robust digital strategies
that will drive the company's growth and success.
This job is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job
function. They are responsible for overseeing the implementation of
new digital e-business options.
What You'll Do:
--- Supervise the Digital Strategy & Innovation department,
including overseeing the development and implementation of digital
projects and initiatives.
--- Assist with the execution of the senior leadership's strategy
and integration policy within a function.
--- May take part in the development of corporate strategic plans
horizon of generally 3+ years.
--- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify
digital opportunities and deliver solutions that meet business
needs. Implementation of solutions requires a short to medium-term
view.
--- Operate with autonomy on operational matters. Recommend
solutions to strategic issues.
--- Drive innovation and transformation by researching digital
technology for the creation of new products, services, and customer
experiences.
--- Manage and represent internal stakeholder relationships.
Promote internal collaboration across functions and
stakeholders.
--- Create a culture of innovation and collaboration within the
Digital Strategy & Innovation department and across the
organization.
--- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of digital
initiatives and provide regular reports to the Sr. Vice President.
Use intuition and experience to complement data.
--- Research trends and market developments to stay competitive
within the industry.
--- Focuses on the achievement of department goals.
--- Direct the application of existing fundamentals and guide new
across function/sub-function development.
--- Significant internal and/or external impact. Evaluates key
business and organizational challenges within the function.
--- Resolve difficult business problems
--- Plan projects that are strategic in nature, affecting a
functional area.
What You'll Need:
--- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred with 15+
years of experience in digital strategy and innovation, with a
record of driving business growth through digital
transformation.
--- Solid understanding of digital technology trends, including
cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.
--- Experience managing small to medium digital projects and
initiatives, including software development, website and app
design, and data interpretation.
--- Excellent supervision and communication skills, with a knack
for building and managing high-performing teams.
--- Business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability
to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
--- Skilled at evaluating key business and organizational choices
within the function with some assessment of cross-functional
impact.
--- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
--- Logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make
data-driven decisions.
