• Open ended income. When we win, you win.The Vice President of Operations is a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC and Plumbing divisions. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services while driving growth and profitability. The VP of Operations will work closely with the COO and other executive team members to implement business strategies, optimize processes, and ensure the highest standards of customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HVAC and Plumbing operations teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue.
  • Lead and foster a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share in the HVAC and Plumbing sectors.
  • Oversee daily operations across all HVAC and Plumbing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the operations department.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Partnering with the COO & CFO, responsible to develop and lead the business review routines (monthly, quarterly, and annually), Operations Business Planning, Sales & Expense budgeting / forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.Compensation: Excellent salary and bonus plan based on experience.Benefits:
