Friday
Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking an Administrative Officer to support the
mission of the Defense Counterintelligence And Security Agency
(DCSA) which secures classified and sensitive information and
technology in the United States (U.S.) industrial base against
attack and compromise, ensure the federal and contractor workforce
can be trusted with sensitive and classified information, and
preserve military readiness and warfighting capabilities by
identifying and defeating threats presented by and to the defense
supply chain. DCSA provides security services to the Department of
Defense (DoD) through the integration of personnel security policy,
industrial security, security training and education, information
systems security and counterintelligence.
Administrative Officer Position Overview:
Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of
an organization, such as records and information management, mail
distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial
operations, and other office support services.
Administrative Officer works on high-visibility or mission critical
aspects of the program and performs all functional duties
independently.

Support with the visualization of data to provide
operationalization of performance metrics, business intelligence,
and strategic data.
Develop and implement a Communication Plan that will assist with
creating a policy driven approach to providing Subject Matter
Expertise to specific stakeholders with information about
organizational activities, formally identifying who should be given
specific information, when that information is delivered and what
communication channels will be used.
Implement, deploy, and provide training on the results provided
through the development of the communication plan.
Support and encourage effective communication solutions throughout
programs and efforts.
Provide support for various external, intra- and inter Departmental
working and decision-making groups. Gather communication
requirements across stakeholders and tailor documents and artifacts
specific to the targeted audience and purpose.
Assist with coordinating, scheduling, preparing materials and
minutes for internal and external meetings and working groups.
Support other meetings such as Off-Sites, Strategic Planning,
Resource Programming Reviews (RPRs), In-Process Reviews (IPRs),
Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), various Program Management
Reviews (PMRs) held between offices and its user community.
Facilitate meetings as required by the requestor.
Develop visualizations to facilitate or support various levels of
decision-making. Provide concise findings, observations, and
recommendations which may be conveyed through various means and
media such as memoranda, PowerPoint, white papers, demonstrations,
etc.
Develop presentations targeted to others that provide summaries or
leadership views of key customer activities or processes.
Facilitate the organization and drafting of written communiques to
stakeholders ensuring consistent and correct communication of
messaging internally and externally.
Provide analysis, identify actionable recommendations, and produce
communication artifacts and visualization representations for
program priorities and initiatives.
Develop an implementation plan based on the analysis and
recommendations to be approved by the Government prior to
proceeding.
Facilitate a variety of knowledge sharing sessions with leadership
and key stakeholders in order to identify, document and map current
challenges to construct and convey a high-level vision to complex
initiatives. The data shall illustrate the content into a cohesive
and easily comprehendible visual using relevant concepts and
principles. These sessions shall result in an assessment of the
communication to determine accuracy and consistency.
Support Communication Planning by assisting with creating policy
driven approaches to provide stakeholders with information about
the organization by formally defining who should be given specific
information, when that information should be delivered and what
communication channels will be used.
Provide cross-functional communication by providing lines of
information transfer within a group that contains different
functional expertise all working towards a common goal.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least 5 plus years of demonstrated relevant
experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree. MA / MS degree preferred.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
Proficient in office management systems and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in business software, including but not limited to,
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Office
365, SharePoint, and other collaborative tools. Familiarity with
Project Management tools and CRM systems would be a plus.
Currently possess an active TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
DCSA Experience highly preferred.
