Compensation: $75k-$350k + No cap on experience (Industry Best)
Type: Full Time
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Flooring
Project executives across multiple functions: Senior Account
Executives, Senior Estimators, Senior Project Managers, Senior
Facilities PM, Senior Maintenance AE's to join our National
Interior Design construction division. We are experiencing massive
growth across numerous markets nationwide. This role is pivotal in
driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong client
relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored
commercial flooring solutions.
(We are not looking for distributor/manufacturing candidates at
this point. Primarily in need of commercial
projects/construction/service)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the
commercial flooring market.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through
networking and market research.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
deals.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure client
satisfaction.
Provide expert advice on flooring options including carpet,
resilient, and ceramic materials.
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's
overall growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management or project
management/estimating in commercial flooring service and
construction.
Strong knowledge of commercial flooring projects (i.e. carpet,
resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy etc.).
Experience with Measure Square software preferred for construction
pms/estimators.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and
stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
