The Gaither & Everett Agencies is looking to hire a motivated and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative. Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative at Gaither & Everett Agencies, you will play a vital role in helping families protect their future through our employee benefit offerings. You will receive extensive training through our very own EmpowerU Training Program to help you succeed in a rewarding and fast-paced sales environment. Your primary goal would be to build relationships with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide them with the best coverage solutions. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, AND NO HOLIDAYS.
Key Responsibilities:

• Be on a team and help facilitate open enrollments with our current accounts
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients (companies) to understand their exact employee benefits needs
  
• Present and sell our employee benefits based on client needs
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  
• Work with a team of professionals to achieve personal and team sales goals
  
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills
