Experience: 5+ years in Project Management, Construction, or Vendor Management

Responsibilities:

Oversee real estate activities for assigned geographic territory, including permitting, site acquisition, zoning, and construction management.


Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and market-level deployment meetings.


Manage end-to-end deployment activities, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting in both internal and customer systems.


Lead complex permitting and vendor interactions, challenging forecast dates and ensuring timelines are met.


Provide weekly gap analysis reporting and ensure all customer priorities, statuses, and forecasts are up-to-date.


Partner with customers from scope of work through to post-installation, delivering high-touch service.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.


5+ years of project management experience in wireless service delivery or construction.


Expertise in construction management, vendor management, and wireless deployment processes.


Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
