The Lead Polyurethane Foam Injection Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing polyurethane foam injection processes to lift and stabilize concrete surfaces. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in polyurethane foam injection, construction, or foundation repair and be capable of leading a crew while ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites.

Responsibilities:
--- Perform polyurethane foam injection to lift and stabilize concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and foundations.
--- Operate and maintain polyurethane injection equipment, including pumps, hoses, and material tanks.
--- Assess job sites and determine the appropriate injection points and procedures.
--- Ensure proper cleanup and site restoration after each job.
--- Lead and supervise crew members on polyurethane foam injection techniques and equipment operation.
--- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns and explaining the injection process.

Qualifications:
--- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in polyurethane foam injection, foundation repair, or related construction field.
--- Physical Requirements: The work environment may require a combination of indoor and outdoor activity (hot, cold, wet, humid conditions) with a varied amount of walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and the ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80 pounds.
--- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
--- Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
