healthcare.How you will make an impact:We're recruiting a Site
Reliability Engineer / DevOps Software Engineer who thrives at the
intersection of development and operations. You'll be responsible
for ensuring system reliability, performance, and observability
while contributing to application development. This role acts as a
bridge between development and infrastructure, helping improve
system monitoring, deployment processes, and performance
optimization.You will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide
other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
technical excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams-including operations and clinical
stakeholders-to ensure technology solutions align with business
goals and drive meaningful impact.By joining our growing technology

Health.Responsibilities include:
- Monitor software systems and services using Prometheus,
Grafana, and Zabbix.
- Design and build internal monitoring tools to enhance
observability.
- Assist in setting up deployment automation tools for continuous
delivery (CD), with experience in trunk-based development as a
plus.
- Develop and maintain Node.js applications, contributing to
backend services and front ReactJS applications.
- Work closely with the DevOps team, bridging the gap between
development and infrastructure.
- Help monitor and optimize SQL database performance, ensuring
efficient queries and overall database health.
- Setup, deploy, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub
Actions, AWS CodeDeploy).
- Troubleshoot and optimize production performance, ensuring
system stability.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure scalability, uptime, and
security best practices.What you need to be successful:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Redis, CloudWatch,
S3, etc.).
- Deep understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus,
Grafana, Zabbix, ELK stack, and OpenSearch).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and
trunk-based development.
- Familiarity with SQL database management, query optimization,
and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a
plus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working across development, observability, and
