Job Title: - Senior Associate Production PlanningJob Number: 19393Job Location: Greenville, TXSchedule: 5/40Clearance: Must Have the Ability to Obtain a DoD Security Clearance - - - -Job Description: -Candidate will be familiar with aircraft maintenance, general aircraft structure and repair manuals. Evaluate and review Technical Orders, Program Depot Maintenance Work Specifications, Technical Processes and Maintenance Requirement Documents for compliance of the Program Depot Maintenance tasks. -Provides requirements by specific task in as much detail as possible. -Review documents for accuracy based on Material Design Series and submits changes as needed. -Reviews routine changes to data and provide adjustment information to planning as required. -May facilitate self-directed work teams and interact with internal and external customers with respect to production planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Works closely with Quality and Production to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and new requirements are passed down.Essential Functions: ---- - - -Advise management of the status of work in progress and potential production problems to ensure that shops and HDL are provided the planning tickets in order to achieve milestone completions.--- - - -Utilize prior experience to identify risks and opportunities regarding material availability to ensure success of the production plan and maintain finish date integrity. ---- - - -Must track multiple projects with varying complexity to completion with limited supervision assistance. ---- - - -Communicate status and needs with crossfunctional teams including various internal and external customers (i.e. quality assurance, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, inventory control, etc.)--- - - -Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders; stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. -Qualifications: ---- - - -Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.--- - - -Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. -Preferred Additional Skills:--- - - -Proficient in MS Office Applications--- - - -Planning or hands on experience preferable in the shops or HDL experience. ---- - - -Strong communication skills--- - - -SAP experience--- - - -Position requires the ability and willingness to support any shift. - -#LI-JR1 -
