We strive to provide the tools and leadership that you need to be successful, and then we let you do what you do best!It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence Managed Services team, and we are currently hiring a M365 / O365 Migration Consultant with good consulting skills, technical ability and business acumen to join our expanding team.This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.What will my role be?As an M365 Consultant, you will have an exciting and challenging opportunity to create solutions with the M365 platform. This includes SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams and other Cloud Services available from Microsoft. Here at Quisitive, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft Cloud Services technologies and build amazing business solutions for clients in a dynamic work environment (and work with some pretty great people too)! You will work with a world class Quisitive Modern Workplace team whose experience spans the entire Microsoft technology stack. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with technical leads that include Microsoft MVP's that are leaders in their technology space. You and your team will be conducting your responsibilities primarily on a remote basis using the same Microsoft technology that we integrate for our customers.Some of your activities will include:

• Working with customers to define business goals and determine technical and functional needs
• Facilitating strategy sessions specific to M365
• Designing, building and migrating solutions utilizing a defined Microsoft technology stack, including all of the Modern Workplace tools like SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams and other M365 components
• Leading tenant migration and consolidation efforts for Teams, SharePoint and other M365 services
• Documenting migration strategies and as-built deliverablesWhat's required?
  • First and foremost, you need a great attitude and need to enjoy what you do!
  • Credible and professional presence, good written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work with clients in a team environment across organization functional boundaries
  • 3-5 years professional experience migrating data to M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...) from various sources (Box, Google, SharePoint on prem, fileshare). This includes creating custom developed solutions in SharePoint 2016, 2019 and O365
  • Consulting experience on best practices around M365 Governance and Compliance (Labeling, retention, and governance policies)
  • ShareGate migration tool experience required
  • Knowledge of current O365 and Azure services and standards including SharePoint Framework, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Teams, and Dataverse for Teams
  • Powershell experienceWhat would set me apart?
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Demonstrated customer support and communication skills
    • Previous consulting experience
    • Teams and/or Power Platform certifications
    • Experience working with Agile delivery methods
    • Nintex/K2 or Power Automate Desktop experience
    • Exposure or experience Microsoft Graph API
    • Exposure or experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Azure Information Protection (AIP)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Viva
    • Knowledge of eDiscovery processes and tools in M365
    • Experience developing solutions in SPFX (SharePoint Framework)
