* I am a high School graduate or hold a GED
* I understand that upon employment I must provide a copy of my
high school diploma or GED certificate. For positions requiring
official college transcripts and additional verification of
certification, I understand that said items must be provided to HR
upon employment.
* I understand Mansfield ISD will conduct a criminal background
check prior to employment. (Texas Education Code 22.083) I give my
permission for such a criminal background check to be
conducted.
* I understand that the information I am providing about gender,
age, and ethnicity will not be used to determine eligibility for
employment, but will be used solely for the purpose of obtaining
criminal history record information.
* I understand that I may be required to submit to a fingerprinting
background check at my own expense prior to my employment.
* If necessary, I can provide verification of my legal right to

* I authorize representatives of Mansfield ISD to contact all
persons and entities listed on this application and to make all
contacts, inquiries and investigations which they deem necessary in
