Benefits Specialist Requirements:

1+ year benefits enrollment experience
Ability to explain employee benefits
Assisting employees with open or annual enrollment
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Call center experience
Software Utilized: PeopleSoft, Dynamics, Docuware, Avaya & Microsoft Office



-Onsite Training For 3 Weeks & Then 100% Remote-

-Flu Shot REQUIRED-



Job Description:

Assist employees with phone/email questions now and throughout the HRTT project



Benefits Specialist Pay: $20/hr



Benefits Specialist Location: TX only (30 miles within Arlington, TX)



Benefits Specialist Shift Hours:

(3 Month Contract, BUT Possibly Longer)

Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM



Benefits Specialist Job Duties:

Answer benefits questions from employees & entity HR offices, providing excellent customer service
Ensures employee enrollment compliance with benefits plan documents
Records management to support plan compliance & appeals
Performs daily transactions within various software to process employee benefits
Strong communication
Strong organization skills
Backup duties as assigned
Additional projects as assigned, including assisting with coordinating open enrollment activities



Benefits Specialist Immunizations Required:

Flu Shot
TB Vaccination
TDAP Vaccination
