Job Title: Job Captain -----" Architecture (Multifamily)

Location: Dallas TX




Hours: Monday -----" Friday, 8:30am-----"5:30pm (1 hour lunch)




Pay: 100,000 DOE

Job Description:

Job Captain Responsibilities:

Execute assigned parts of multifamily projects with minimal oversight
Prepare design development documents and presentation materials
Interpret building codes, create roof plans, and perform basic calculations
Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
Communicate effectively with PMs and internal teams
Support multiple projects depending on ability and accuracy

Qualifications:

3-----"5 years of experience in multifamily architecture (wood framing required)
Degree in Architecture, actively pursuing licensure (ARE prep or exams preferred)
Experience with architectural software (CAD, SketchUp a plus)
Strong tenure -----" must show stability in past roles
