This internship is crafted for current graduate students seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.

The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a solid base upon which to build your commercial real estate sales career. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.

  About The Role:
  
  The MBA Executive Strategy Summer Associate in the Corporate Strategy Group will work directly with senior members of the team to help CBRE drive evidence-based decisions on key questions that impact our business. This person will be an integral team member in delivering and driving unmatched insights in sprint projects that answer strategic and tactical questions, which when answered and implemented, have a significant impact to the firm. The role requires someone with a multidisciplinary background, a passion for data and insights, creativity, and an ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment.
  
  This role is part of the Corporate Strategy function. The summer associate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, researching client and market dynamics, and synthesizing diverse viewpoints in order to inform the go-forward strategies of business units, functions, and CBRE as a whole.
  
  CBRE Summer Associate Program Details:
  
  A 10 - week, full-time, paid, summer associate position with a potential opportunity to join the organization for a full-time role in the future.

    What You'll Need:
    
    
    • Ability to attend the Summer Associate program full-time and in person starting June 2nd and ending August 8th
    • Currently enrolled in a masters' degree program
    • Graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
    • Strong Excel analytical skills.
    • Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into small chunk-size bits quickly to get an answer.
    • The small, close-knit Corporate Strategy team interacts with senior CBRE leaders daily, and the successful candidate ought to handle those interactions with thoughtfulness, deliberateness, and courtesy
    • Corporate Strategy provides leadership by influence. While previous leadership experience is not required, the summer associate should have experience guiding organizations to a North Star.
    • Strong quantitative skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic ("whatever it takes to get it done") approach are crucial
      
      Nice To Have:
      
      
      • Preferably enrolled in an MBA program
      • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting (which a preference for top-of-house strategy work), and / or investing
