Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administer S2 LENEL and ExacqVision Application.
Management of JIRA tickets for assigned applications.
Configure and Install S2 LENEL and ExacqVision Application.
Configure physical security tools as per requirement.
Runbook document detailing the applications and the server details including Vendor

Recommended vs. Actual Establish yourself as point of contact for support for physical security applications
Manage physical security applications by ensuring appropriate maintenance including patches, upgrades, resource changes, etc.
Collaborate with the company physical security team and the physical security application vendors to ensure the solutions meet the company's needs
Other duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership.
Establish positive relationships with primary stakeholders and vendors
Document current knowledge and information SMEs and critical team members and contact information
