• Weekly pay, depending on experience! Range: ($18-20 an hour)

• Weekly PayFitter/Welder Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
• Read and understand blueprints prior to starting a project
• Source the materials to be used in the project
• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Weld materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
• Check finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprintsFitter/Welder Shift Info
• Day Shift, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Monday - Thursday with some overtime on FridaysFitter/Welder Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
• Fitter/Welder experience preferred
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to work in the US
• Able to pass a background check
• Knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools
• Proven experience as welder
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)
• Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• Deftness and attention to detail
• Proficient in English
• Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required
• AWS welding certificate
• Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) a plus
• Able to pass a background check
