Securities Associate / Of Counsel - Investment Funds GroupDirect Counsel is seeking a Securities Associate or Of Counsel to join a leading firm in the following locations:San Francisco, Washington, San Diego, Wilmington, Reston, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, Northfield, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, Seattle, Short Hills.Position Overview:Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Securities Associate or Of Counsel to join the Investment Funds Group at a prestigious firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex securities transactions, including structured securities offerings, commercial real estate financings, acquisitions, and dispositions.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise on structured securities offerings.
• Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors.
• Handle a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients.Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the applying office.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Direct experience at an Am Law 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent business judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Additional Details:
• Employment Type: Associate or Of Counsel.
• Compensation: $310,000 - $550,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
