Job title: Oracle Fusion ERP Testing Technical Lead



Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Testing Technical Lead to oversee and drive the testing process for Oracle Fusion ERP applications. As the Testing Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end testing strategies, leading a team of QA professionals, and ensuring that the Oracle Fusion ERP system meets business requirements, quality standards, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional

teams, including functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to develop test plans, execute test cases, and manage defects, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the testing efforts for Oracle Fusion ERP modules like Financials, Procurement etc.
Develop detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
Oversee the execution of test cycles, ensuring the testing process is robust, systematic, and aligned with business goals.
Manage integration testing for end-to-end processes and ensure proper data flow between Oracle Fusion ERP and other systems.
Coordinate and guide the testing team, ensuring that all members are following best practices and that the project is progressing as planned.
Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure that test scenarios and test cases reflect business needs.
Drive test automation efforts and ensure efficient use of automated testing tools like Selenium, or other relevant tools where applicable.
Monitors and reports performance against the test plans.
Responsible for production of the UAT exit report.
Execute all SIT and UAT testing activities for the integration workstream.
Develop and maintain test documentation (test cases, test data, test execution reports, defect reports)
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies.



Essential Skills

4 + years of Oracle Fusion ERP cloud testing experience.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, such as Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, Manufacturing, and Projects.
Strong expertise in various testing types, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and performance testing.
Proficiency with test management tools like Jira, TestRail and defect tracking.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Testing Tools like Oracle Application Testing Suite and automation testing tools like Selenium or similar.
Deep understanding of ERP system configurations and how changes in configuration can affect test cases and scenarios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and enhancements, staying current with the latest features and testing requirements.



Preferred Skills

Certifications in Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Cloud solutions are a plus.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.
