Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Palantir Program, Lead
Use Case Developer!
This is direct hire, fully remote opening
Candidate must be willing/able to work W2, NO C2C or 1099
candidates are eligible
Compensation range is $130K to $170K/year
Join our dynamic team of data scientists, technical experts, and
product owners to develop innovative solutions that drive informed
decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will
translate business requirements into actionable insights and build
machine learning models, taking them through all phases of
development.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct user interviews to gather and
understand technical and customer needs.
Design and implement data pipelines using tools like Pipeline
Builder and Code Repositories.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to
Palantir software implementations.
Ensure adherence to data security protocols and compliance
standards.
Manage requests for customer-facing applications leveraging machine
learning technologies.
Serve as a visionary, aligning business challenges and requirements
with cutting-edge solutions that deliver organizational value.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent
professional experience.
Comprehensive experience with Palantir Foundry and its
applications.
Demonstrated technical leadership in guiding and mentoring
teams.
At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, software
development, or technical consulting.
Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and model development,
including deployment.
Strong familiarity with Palantir software solutions and tools like
Code Workbook, Contour, and Quiver.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to emerging
technologies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience in data engineering/ETL ecosystems with tools such as
Cognizant, Python, PySpark, and Java (preferred).
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn,
TensorFlow, and PyTorch (preferred).
Relevant certifications, such as Foundry Application Developer or
Data Analyst, are a plus (preferred).
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range- $130-170K/year range Benefits:
