About the role
As a CBRE People Business Sr. Partner, you will direct the roll-out
and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function.
They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of
human resource programs and policies.
What you'll do
What you'll need
Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will
be considered.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing
solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative
solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include
Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive
approach.
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat
complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other
financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The maximum salary for the Sr. HR/People Business
Partner position is $150,000 annually. The compensation offered to
a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental
insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
