Salary: $52,500.00 to $70,000.00+ Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time

motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and
oversee daily operations.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and
efficient service
-Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive work
environment
-Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service
and performance
-Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize
profitability
-Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and
company policies
-Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally to maintain
satisfaction
-Develop strategies to increase sales and drive customer
engagement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the
fast-food industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle
high-pressure situations
Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
