doing - Establish and maintaining relationships with local farms
and distributors - Monitoring the quality of food, following all
food safety regulations, and coordinating the entire kitchen -
Creating the menu and recipes seasonally based on available items
from farm partners - Hiring, managing and training kitchen staff -
Costing recipes and responsible for cost of food margins - Managing
special dietary needs - Overseeing purchasing in accordance with
budget - Operating kitchen equipment safely and responsibly -
Ensuring the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and
storage containers - Maintaining positive relationships with front
of house staff Qualifications - Nationally accredited Associates
Degree in Culinary Arts required - Bachelor's Degree preferred -
Ability to lead a farm to table kitchen - Ability to budget and
control costs - Excellent food preparation abilities - Ability to
handle multiple tasks at once - Deep knowledge of the food industry
and trends - 3 or more years running a kitchen - Ability to bring
culinary vision to life - Passion for Hospitality *This role
requires the ability to move and lift up to 50lbs. Standing,
sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a
professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. What
