Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process requests for patient health information while
maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
Manage patient health records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and
adherence to medical privacy regulations
Assist with administrative duties such as answering calls, handling
faxes, and data entry as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office
equipment
Ability to commute between locations and work overtime during peak
seasons
Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
Previous production or customer service experience is
beneficial
