• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS required
• Average of 16 - 18 patients per day
• Provides & manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluation, assessments
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
