CityLockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking a VP, Pharmacy
Analytics, you will lead and oversee operations related to Pharmacy
Analytics practice for Commercial, Hospital Systems, and Health
Plan clients. Your team provides support for Pharmacy Benefit
analytics to all lines of Health and Welfare assisting with
Pharmacy Procurement, Market Checks, Reconciliation, and

what matters.Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of pricing analytics and
reconciliation function for the Pharmacy Analytics Team.
- Lead day-to-day operations for intake and work assignment for
Pharmacy procurement marketing, Reporting, Analytics, and contract
set up.
- Collaborate with internal client service teams to ensure timely
delivery of client commitments.
- Manage special analytics projects focused on client specific
and business trends.
- Foster relationships with carriers to enhance processes and set
clear expectations.
- Coach, train, and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives
and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Cultivate a fun, collaborative, creative, and enthusiastic work
environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of technologies, platforms
and tools needed for RFP processes, contract requirements,
reconciliations, and reporting.
- Oversee the maintenance of RFP analytics methodologies and
tools based to keep up with evolving market strategies and
forces.
- Conduct regular trainings on Pharmacy Analytics and
changes.
- Work with external vendors to keep up with changes in
procurement process and questionnaire.
- Develop and manage the analytics budget, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and drive
continuous improvement.
- Establish performance baselines and implement strategies to
improve productivity, timeliness, and quality.
- Maintain and update team documents, files, standards, operating
procedures, and guidelines.
- Identify competing timelines and engage team members and
cross-functional teams to prioritize deliverables.
- Interface with strategic partners to address issues and
trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining
strong account team relationships.
- Review, delegate, and respond to carrier partners requests and
inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency to meet
client and account team expectations.
- Ensure the team serves as an effective resource for account
teams and partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned or
requested.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 7+ years of
management experience in healthcare and data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare payer financial analytics,
data concepts, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of leading successful analytics initiatives
that have driven significant business impact.
- Extensive knowledge of analytics coverages and services.
- Experience with putting together statement of work for
Analytics services including estimated level of effort and
pricing.
- Thorough understanding of PBM contracts, performance terms and
financial terms.
- Strong internal and external customer service skills with the
ability to develop sound client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to instill confidence and comfort with
clients and representatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the
