communication.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and clinical therapy
services for children with speech, language, and communication
needs. You will work closely with families and interdisciplinary
team members to create and implement treatment plans tailored to
each childs unique goals.Responsibilities:Assess speech and
language skills, development, articulation ability and voice and
fluency disorders of individuals served.Direct and administer
speech therapy using techniques that assist in the rehabilitation
of individuals with functional disabilities of speech, language,
voice, and swallowing.Review medical records, test and evaluate
individuals served and develop therapy treatment plans.Identify and
develop intervention strategies.Instruct individuals we serve,
family members, and primary caregivers to insure the maintenance of
or to achieve the ideal functioning level for each person
served.Insure effective coordination of individuals served home
care services.Qualifications:Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or
Speech/Language PathologyOne year experience as a Speech
TherapistActive Speech Therapist licensure/certification in
TexasValid drivers license in good standingAccess to a registered
vehicle with proof of insuranceSuccessful clearance of local and/or
state background checksEffective communication skills to manage
relationshipsA reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate
