Every role has an impact on our patients' lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated X-Ray Tech - Medical Assistant like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Non-Registered Radiological Technician (NCT) like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking an X-Ray Tech who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. As an NCT, you will:
  • Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
  • Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
  • Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
  • Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs.
  • Works closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure occupational client's preference card is followed and occupational procedures are adhered to.
  • Performs routine office functions including copying, faxing, scanning, mailing, sorting and filing of patient and clinic materials as appropriate.
  • Is cross trained for Front Desk duties to include greeting patients, checking patients in/out on computer, End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release
  • May be required to work alternate shifts and may be required to float to other clinic locations. Assist with general patient care when needed. You Should Have:
    • 1+ year of experience in a clinical patient setting is beneficial
    • NCT - A Non-Certified Technician license in Texas
    • The ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start
    • Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion
