Role: Medical Representative/Medical Records Coordinator
Location: Dallas, Texas, 75202
Pay Range: $22/hr. - $23/hr.(without any Benefits)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join
our team as an H&PS Level 11 professional. This role requires
the candidate to be based in the Dallas/DFW area and conduct
face-to-face visits within the provider community. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of the Medicaid program
and policy, along with excellent communication and organizational
skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits within the provider
community
Maintain knowledge of Medicaid program, online provider resources,
and internal processes
Manage local territory independently using various reporting
methods
Establish and maintain positive relationships with providers
Participate in team training and workgroups while working
remotely.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with healthcare
providers
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, and/or
commercial health plan managed care
Must reside in the assigned territory and have a reliable vehicle
for daily travel
