Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Transplant
for a local contract nursing job in Dallas, Texas.Job Description &
Requirements
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Night 7p-7a
Duration: Full Time Permanent
-Patient Ratios: 1:4 on days, 1:5 on nights, 1:3 for certain
step-down patients around the clock
-Number of Beds: 33
-Unit selling points: The program has performed over 8,000
transplants since its start in 1984 and is one of the oldest in the
country. We were the first to successfully perform uterus
transplant in the U.S. and performed over 450 organ transplants in
2021! We utilize a flexible self-scheduling process to support
life-work balance with no set weekend rotation and staff scheduling
committee for autonomy and collaboration. We also support team
members in swapping shifts with each other if things come up last
minute. We offer career growth opportunities within transplant
starting with transplant specific certification (CCTN). We are

partners. We have a charge RN every shift who has decreased acuity
or zero patient assignment and the same amount of patient care

Registered Nurse Requirements
-- At least one year of inpatient hospital RN experience
-- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
-- License/Certification
o RN - Registered Nurse
o BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
