        • Unit Specific Information
        • Scrub requirements: OR - scrubs are provided, PACU - Royal blue, scrubs not provided
          • Additional Details
          • Required - Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
          • Valid Picture ID (State Drivers License, Passport, or State ID Card)
          • ACLS required for: ACU, Cath Lab, CCU, DOU, ED/ER, ICU, L&D, OR, PACU, RT, SDS and Tele
          • ENPC is acceptable in lieu of PALS for ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs
          • Required for ER candidates: TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
          • Primary Source Verification for State License
