Job Description:

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our nursing units are adequately staffed and that our patients receive the highest level of care.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure that patients receive high-quality care
Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
Investigate incidents and events, and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient careRequirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- BLSWork Type:Full Time
