Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Christus Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices to provide the highest level of care.Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
  • BLS required.
