Summary: Experienced Nurse sought to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting, utilizing strong critical thinking and communication skills to drive positive patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, with the ability to assess, plan, and implement effective care plans for patients with complex needs. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Provides routine and complex care to patients, with a focus on promoting positive patient outcomes and improving quality of life.
  
• Utilizes critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans, taking into account individual patient goals and preferences.
  
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and promote a culture of safety.
  
• Administers medications and treatments, monitors for side effects, and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
  
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers, with a focus on promoting health literacy and self-management.

          Requirements:
          
          
          • 
            
          • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
            
          • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
            
          • BLS required
            
          • RN License in state of employment or compact
