Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Educator II to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. This role will be responsible for coordinating the orientation of all nursing personnel, representing CHRISTUS in community activities, and planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing continuing education programs.Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies through appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
• Plan and implement educational activities to meet identified learning needs, utilizing adult education principles.
• Develop and utilize appropriate evaluative systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Promote collaborative relationships among healthcare professionals, participating in committees, task forces, meetings, and activities to assist in the development of staff, ultimately resulting in improved care.
• Participate in activities that promote professional development through education and other activities that enhance the practice of nursing and education.Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • RN License in the state of employment or compact
