Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient careRequirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 6-12 months of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compactWork Schedule7PM - 7AMWork TypeFull Time
