JNJ's novel Nipocalimab therapy is an investigative treatment that
has the potential to transform treatment of a number of
autoantibody and alloantibody diseases by targeting FcRn leading to
the degradation of pathogenic IgG. This groundbreaker asset
requires a high level of professional engagement to raise disease
awareness of the unmet need across 10+ indications, most of which
are rare diseases.
The Neuroimmunology Field Director, Autoantibody TA will lead the
West Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to execute US medical
affairs educational and scientific activities, driving results and
execution of launch of nipocalimab in gMG in the field. This
position reports directly to the Therapeutic Area Lead,
Autoantibody.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of
thriving in complexity and ambiguity, with experience in
collaboration with key business partners in rare
diseases/immunology in a complex matrixed organization.
Qualifications:
The base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $276,000. The
Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation
program. This position is eligible for a company car through the
Company's FLEET program. Under current guidelines, this position is
eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the
terms of the applicable plan. Employees may be eligible to
participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health
insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation
pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off
in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
